Yes, both are acceptable forms of payment. If you experience any issues, please contact support@janeway5050.ca.
Why am I unable to buy tickets if I am outside the province of Newfoundland and Labrador?
Service NL enacted new lottery and licensing rules and regulations in July 2024. These rules state that buyers must be present within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador at the time of making a purchase, and be a resident of the province. We understand this may be frustrating to some as they purchase tickets to support the kids at the Janeway. Please consider making a donation this holiday season as your support truly matters. Visit https://janewayfoundation.nf.ca/ways-to-give/online-donations/holiday-season-donation/ and give today to make a difference tomorrow.
Am I eligible for a tax receipt when buying lottery tickets?
It is the Canada Revenue Agencies view that the purchase of a lottery ticket is not a gift; therefore, we cannot issue a receipt for the cost of the ticket.
